Popup shops are super “in” right now. The concept is great, especially when it comes to hole-in-the-wall foods. In comes the Monsterrat House gallery with some popup Vietnamese cuisine.
From Thursday Feb 16th to Saturday Feb 18th they’re going to be hosting Pho U (get it?). The menu looks awesome:
