What to get your lady this season can be challenging. There are so many options and most people these days already have everything they could want. However its kind a mandatory requirement so here are a few options:
$10-25 range
$9.99… Customized iphone case on Vistaprint.com. A picture of you and her or you her and her dog securing her phone? The cute factor for her will be off the charts. Need I say more?
$25-50 range
$40… For the do-it-yourself type of lady this cool kit lets her make lip balm that she will enjoy making and you will enjoy the benefits of (i.e. some seksi lips)
$45… Make her feel pampered. This spa gift set will have your lady feeling pampered without a hefty pricetag. Its also available at Etsy so you are supporting a small business.
$50-100 range
$75… These lockets may seem a bit on the high side but they show your thoughtful by knowing her astrology sign and you can put a picture of yourself inside as well.
For the baller range….
Massages: some great local spots for a certificate are the Sugar Spa in Alexandria, or the Red Door in Pentagon City. If you really wanna make your lady excited get her a full day of pampering and treat her to a romantic dinner. This also saves you having to give her a massage!
A weekend getaway: Just the two of you to one of the following:
1) The Greebriar where you can relax at the spa and rejuvenate after too much egg nog and quality family time.
3) The Inn at Little Washington for a five star dining experience and a very romantic stay
Also be careful with anything like home electronics, exercise stuff, beauty stuff or a gift-card unless she specifically asked for any of those things. We’ll probably wonder if you think we should be a housewife, are getting fat, our face is getting busted, or had no idea what to get. Bottom line most of us don’t care what the gift is as long as it seems like you put some planning and thought in to it (stick figure drawings created on December 25th don’t count).
