Suit Supply Spring/Summer 2017

From season to season, Suit Supply has never been one to disappoint. The company has managed to keep their suiting, tailored and casual pieces modern and fresh without being too edgy. The well-equipped Suit Supply man has all the essentials to go from casual to formal simply integrating the collection.

For Spring/Summer 2017, this tradition continues with a collection inspired by Bauhaus, the midcentury German school of design which taught minimal but good design with and emphasis on functionality and practicality. It is this philosophy where Suit Supply excels. For this season look for muted colors in off-whites, burnt orange, grass and navy. What’s great is that many of these pieces will blend in nicely with existing Suit Supply staples.

Suit Supply does not over design but creates pieces that work well together and offer a complete look. Here the focus is staying cool in warmer weather that is where the practicality comes into play. Lighter fabrics in linen and linen blended with cotton, silk and cashmere are used extensively through out the collection enabling the wearer to stay cool yet still pull off stylish layered looks. Combing this with more travel friendly materials such as in Suit Supply’s traveler line adds the functionality to line. This is all in true Bauhaus spirit.
