Just in time for the holidays, Suitsupply is set to open its second location in the Washington Metropolitan area. This time the popular men’s shop will cross the river over to northern Virginia making a home in Tyson’s Galleria, the tony shopping destination home to some of the world’s top luxury fashion brands.
The new store will feature all the classic Suitsupply accouterments: a full collection of suits and casual styles, a dedicated eveningwear area and an on-site tailor for on-demand alterations which can be done while customers wait. Shoppers are in for a treat as the collection is strong for Fall/Winter 2016 and is just as powerful for Spring/Summer 2017.
The brand’s suits feature great modern styling, full canvas construction on the jackets and functional sleeve buttons. All at an affordable price point and are features traditionally found on garments costing at least three times as much. Even TV personality and fashion expert, Tim Gunn, has been known to favor these quality suits.
Suitsupply, which began in Europe in 2000, has been a favorite among Washington men since it opened its third U.S. location in historic Georgetown in 2012. The brand now has grown to 70 stores internationally, in cities such as New York, Milan, London, Zurich, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Shanghai, and Hong Kong,
The men’s store opens this Thursday with an evening of music, cocktails and light bites. While attending, guests will have the opportunity to shop for a good cause. Between opening night and the following weekend, 10% of all sales will be donated to the Sudden Cardiac Arrest Foundation.
The opening celebration will be held from 6 – 9 pm Thursday, December 15 at the in Tysons Galleria (Tysons Galleria, Level 1, 2001 International Drive, McLean, VA 22102). To attend, please RSVP to events@suitsupply.com.
