Hudson’s White Manhattan
2 parts Hudson NY Corn Whiskey
1 part Lillet Blanc
3 dashes orange bitters
Stir ingredients with chunk ice to chill and dilute properly. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Hudson Whiskey, the first legal pot-stilled whiskey distilled in New York state since prohibition, sources 90% of its grains from within 40 miles of the distillery. Lillet is a French aperitif wine from Podensac, a small village south of Bordeaux.
Sailor Jerry Cherry
1 part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
3 parts lemon-lime soda
Grenadine or Cherry Heering floater
Garnish with a cherry
Layer each ingredient in a Champagne flute and top with a cherry.

Monkey Around
1 ½ parts Monkey Shoulder
¾ part Sweet Vermouth
¼ Maraschino Liqueur
1 Dash Chocolate Bitters
Add all ingredients to mixing group. Add cold dry ice and stir. Once dilution is reached, strain into glass and garnish with a twist orange peel.
Monkey Shoulder is a 100% malt Scotch whisky, distilled, matured and bottled in Scotland.
Montelobos’ Amigos Con Derechos
1 ½ parts Montelobos Mezcal
¾ part Cynar
¼ part St. Germain
2 Dashes of Grapefruit bitters
Stir in a mixing glass with ice. Strain and serve up in a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
Montelobos Mezcal is made in Oaxaca, the heart of mezcal production, from 100% Highland ‘Espadin‘ Agave. Cynar is an Italian bitter liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants. St-Germain is a liqueur flavored with elderflowers.
Drambuie’s The Royale
1 part Drambuie
1 part Hendrick’s
½ part fresh lemon juice
½ part honey syrup
2 parts Champagne
Combine ingredients (except Champagne) and shake well. Strain up into a coupe and top with Champagne. Garnish with a sprtized orange peel.
Drambuie is made from a delightful combination of scotch whisky, heather honey, herbs and spices. Hendrick’s is a gin distilled in Scotland with curious, yet marvellous, infusions of cucumber and rose.
Q Smoking Hot Mule
1 part Montelobos Mezcal
1 part Ancho Reyes Liqueur
6 parts Q Drinks Ginger Beer
Slice of blood orange for garnish
Shake mezcal and liqueur with ice and strain into the bottom of a mule mug or highball glass. Top with crushed ice, add Ginger Beer and garnish with Blood orange wheel.
