Get ready for the next collaboration at H&M. On November 2nd, ERDEM x H&M will hit select H&M stores as well as online. If anything like past designer collaborations most recently at the Gap, expect the pieces to sell out in record time.
For H&M, Erdem has designed a brand-new collection for women and, for the first time ever, a collection for men. Erdem believes in the power of beauty, exploring historical references and personal narratives in every piece he makes. For ERDEM x H&M he reflects and reinterprets the design themes from some of his most celebrated collections, playing with the prints, textiles and delicate craftsmanship for which he’s known.
“I am so happy to collaborate with H&M, and to explore my work on a whole new scale including a menswear collection which I have never done before. It’s also such a thrill to work with Baz Luhrmann, one of the most important storytellers of our time,” says Erdem, the London based designer. Luhrmann created the ERDEM x H&M campaign film.
The collection will feature both women’s and men’s fashions. Prices in the men’s section will range from 29.99 for a tie to $299 for a winter overcoat. In Washington, DC, the collection will be available at the F Street and Georgetown locations.. Check out the gallery for a look at the pieces.
