Celebrate National Drink Wine Day with Mangia DC

February 18 is National Drink Wine Day and Mangia DC has the perfect way to celebrate the occasion. This Sunday, Mangia DC is hosting a local wine fair at the Darlington House in northwest Washington. During the fair, local wine establishments in DC will be offering wine to participants and enjoy charcuterie, cheese, fruit, and apps. Throughout the event, those in attendance will be taken in small pods and offered insightful & historical fun facts about the 19th century colonial mansion.

The purpose of National Drink Wine Day is to spread the love and health benefits of wine.  Wine has played an important role in history, religion and relationships.  National Drink Wine Day promotes the positive benefits of wine such as making new friends, reducing the risk of heart disease and enhancing of food and life.
