Get ready and act quick! On Thursday, (the day is not lost on us!) the company that brought you their stylish and comfortable boots will be launching their very first dress shoe collection for men. That’s right, Thursday Boot Company will expand to shoes.
To celebrate the biggest extension since the brand’s inception in 2014, Thursday is implementing a “choose what you pay” model for the launch of their shoe collection – which no other brand has ever done for a product launch. From 12AM to 11:59PM EST on April 26th, the company will allow customers to choose what they pay for the shoes, which is any price between $80 (average manufacturing + shipping price) and $480 (6x markup). The brand is confident they’ve made the best dress shoes possible, at any price point.
Just like their boot collections, all pairs are handcrafted with the highest quality materials, exceptionally comfortable, effortlessly versatile, and sold direct-to-consumer at honest pricing. The look of these shoes stays true to Thursday’s identity: durable, comfortable, stylish and can be worn from day to night, any day of the week.
Thursday shoe mechanic features include:
- Goodyear welt construction
- premium full grain
- Chromexcel leathers (from world class tanneries such as Horween and Le Farc)
- Glove leather lining
- Corkbed midsoles
- Custom developed insoles and outsole.
The company was founded by Connor Wilson and Nolan Walsh . The shoes are available online or at the Flatiron showroom at 48 West 21st St., 6th Floor, New York, NY 10010. While Thursday’s launch will only be men’s shoes, women’s shoes will also be launching later this year. To chose what you pay visit the site.
