Northern Virginia native and Billboard-charting recording artist and dancer Jason Cerda is ready to get the DMV moving with the upcoming opening of Cerdafied Dance Studios in Alexandria, Va.

Cerda, who has been billed with Jennifer Lopez, J Balvin, Ludacris, T.I., T-Pain, Becky G, Gente de Zona, Maluma and more, will officially open the new 3,500-square foot space on Monday, Oct. 1. He has partnered with fellow Northern Virginia native Rahna Faddoul, who is responsible for running day-to- day operations.

Cerdafied Dance Studios houses three distinct, fully-equipped studios for classes in more than 20 styles of dance, including hip-hop, jazz, salsa, belly dancing and more, while also offering cardio and core-strengthening fitness sessions in practices like yoga and Zumba.

Living up to its motto of “Good Vibes Save Lives,” Cerdafied Dance Studios’ goal is to become the area’s hub of all talent, from beginners to aspiring pros and everyone in between. Cerdafied Dance Studios plans to take a multi-faceted approach to dance, allowing clients to enjoy perks like monthly professional master classes, weekly open stage performance training, and industry foundation educational programming.

With chic black-and-white decor, Cerdafied Dance Studios will be a state-of-the-art home away from home for some of the area’s top instructors, as well as dance pros and enthusiasts.

Cerdafied Dance Studios will also welcome visiting celebrity choreographers and VIP guest dancers making their way through the DMV. First up is Disney Mouseketeer and Janet Jackson-approved whiz kid Gabe De Guzman, who’ll be at the studios as part of a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Oct. 20.

De Guzman performed during the Super Bowl XLIX halftime show alongside Missy Elliott and Katy Perry and has appeared in music videos with the likes of Justin Bieber, Skrillex, Diplo and the legendary Paul McCartney.

“Cerdafied Dance Studios is our way of bringing an A-list dance studio to the Washington, D.C. metro area,” said Cerda. “We are committed to providing our clients with both top-notch instructors and instruction, all fostered in a competition-free, fun environment.”

Pre-opening introductory rates include drop-in classes for $25 each and multi-class packs starting at $110 for 5 classes. Cerdafied Studios annual memberships are available for $59.99 and include special class pack discounts, 10% off merchandise and priority enrollment in special event classes. Wedding choreography packages are also available upon request and studio spaces can be rented for rehearsals, one-on-one private lessons, special events, quinceañeras and more.
