The 15th annual Washington DC Travel & Adventure Show is this weekend

Information on exploring more than 200 destinations from around the world will be available at the 2019 Washington DC Travel & Adventure Show.

Attendees at this weekend’s 15th annual Washington DC Travel & Adventure Show will have the opportunity to learn about hundreds of destinations from around the world.

Taking place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 17, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, the region’s largest travel show provides wanderlusters the ability to meet face-to-face with tourism professionals ready to help attendees dream, personalize and book their next trip. Also included in the price of admission is access to dozens of educational and culturally focused sessions on five stages located on the show floor, along with hands-on family-friendly activities.

One of the highlights of the Travel & Adventure Show is the opportunity to meet some of the world’s top travel experts and celebrities as they present seminars and answer questions over the two-day event. Slated keynote speakers include:

  • Samantha Brown – Host, PBS’s Samantha Brown’s Places to Love
  • Andrew McCarthy – Award-Winning Travel Writer, Actor, and Director
  • Peter Greenberg -Emmy Award-Winning Investigative Reporter and Producer and CBS News Travel Editor
  • Patricia Schultz – Bestselling author of 1,000 Places to See Before You Die and 1,000 Places to See in The USA & Canada Before You Die
