Bon appétit, les papas: Convivial offers Father’s Day picnic package

This Sunday, June 21, is Father’s Day, and celebrated French restaurant Convivial has announced that they will be offering a packaged ‘Father’s Day Picnic for Two’ crafted by Chef Cedric Maupillier.
Priced at $65, the pre-packaged picnic menu includes Vichyssoise chilled corn soup with piquillo peppers, tabbouleh, pasta salad, Shrimp Louie sandwich, and cold roast beef sandwich with Swiss Cheese. And for something a little sweet the package includes Olive Oil and Strawberry Shortcake and Caramel and Vanilla Flan.
Convivial’s Father’s Day Picnic for Two is available for preordered online via convivialdc.com or by calling (202) 525-2870. Pre-ordered picnic‘s will be available to be picked up at Convivial on Sunday, June 21, anytime between noon  and 8 p.m.
