DC Brau and The Quarterdeck make their popular annual crab fest a to go event

DC Brau and The Quarterdeck are not letting the COVID-19 pandemic stop their popular annual crab festival. The 9th annual DC Brau Genuine Crab Fest Monumental Extravaganza is still happening and will be a crab fest to go from 12 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5.
Two packages are being made available for pre-order starting at 7 p.m. tomorrow, Tuesday Aug, 25 via DCBrau.com/Order

 

  • Package 1 ($50) includes a half dozen Brau Pils-steamed Blue Crabs from The Quarterdeck; one DC Brau Beer Variety 12 pack (includes Brau Pils, The Corruption, The Public, and Joint Resolution); DC Brau x Quarterdeck branded mallets; a DC Brau logo bucket; and a 10% off coupon to The Quarterdeck VA
  • Package 2 ($95) doubles the crabs to a full dozen Brau Pils-steamed Blue Crabs from The Quarterdeck; one DC Brau Beer Variety 12 pack (includes Brau Pils, The Corruption, The Public, and Joint Resolution); one Full Transparency Hard Seltzer Variety 12 pack (includes Mango, Black Cherry, Raspberry Limeade, and Passionfruit-Orange-Guava); DC Brau x Quarterdeck branded mallets; a DC Brau logo bucket; and a 10% off coupon to The Quarterdeck VA
The packages will be available for pick-up from DC Brau’s parking lot, where The Quarterdeck team will be steaming the blue crabs on-site in pots of Brau Pils. To ensure freshness  and proper social distancing, pre-orders will be available in staggered timeslots between: 12 and 1 p.m., 1 and 2 p.m., 2 and 3 p.m., and 3 and 4 p.m.. The available packages are limited and expected to sell out quickly.
