Fans of The Office will be transported to the world of Dunder Mifflin Paper Company when The Office Experience opens in Washington D.C.’s historic Woodies Building at 1020 G St NW on Thursday, July 28.

Guests are invited to celebrate their favorite moments and characters from the Emmy award-winning television series in the largest-ever official interactive fan experience based on The Office, created by Superfly X — they same entertainment company responsible for the popular The FRIENDS
Experience
— and Universal Live Entertainment in consultation with The Office’s U.S. creator Greg Daniels.

“We can’t wait [for] D.C. fans of The Office to step inside the doors of Dunder Mifflin,” said Stacy Moscatelli, Co-President and Chief Strategy Officer of Superfly X. “This is the only place where fans can celebrate and interact with the series’ most iconic sets and moments, from sitting behind Michael’s desk to picking beets at Schrute Farms, or playing Dunder Ball in the Annex.”

Coming off a wildly successful U.S. debut in Chicago, the interactive two-story experience features 17 areas filled with original props and costumes, set re-creations, and more, allowing fans to visit Scranton Business Park and other sites associated with the beloved series. Guests can set foot inside the Dunder Mifflin office including Pam’s desk, Michael’s office, and Ryan’s closet, as well as relive iconic moments such as Kevin’s Chili Spill and Beach Day. The Office Experience celebrates all the series’ major characters and also commemorates, among many other things, the Dundie Awards, the Michael Scott Paper Company, and Jim and Pam’s love story.

The Office Experience also includes an on-site themed retail store replicating the Warehouse, featuring exclusive products for sale and open to ticketed and non-ticketed guests.

The Office Experience runs through January 16, 2023. Guests can reserve timed entry tickets starting at $35.50 plus taxes and fees. A variety of ticket types are available including Flexible Entry tickets, which allow guests to visit the experience at any time on their selected day, and VIP tickets, which include a specialty merchandise item, customized Dunder Mifflin staff badge, and skip- the-line privileges.

Fans as well as first-time viewers can watch all nine seasons of The Office, including never-before-seen and deleted scenes, bloopers, featurettes, and interviews, as well as The Office: Superfan Episodes, on Peacock.
