
2023 James Beard Foundation semifinalist for Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic, Kevin Tien and his team at Moon Rabbit at The Wharf DC are celebrating Asian-American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month with its Everything, Everyone, All the Food at Once Fest and two special events.
Dinner on the Dock
On Friday, May 19, from 6:30 p,m. to 10 p,m., one communal table will span the length of The Wharf DC’s District Pier and bring diners together for Everything, Everyone, All the Food at Once Fest: Dinner on the Dock, an elevated dining experience featuring seven nationally recognized culinary superstars: Erik Bruner-Yang (Maketto, Washington, DC) Ni and Anna Nguyen (sắp sửa, Denver CO), Timon Balloo (The Katherine, Miami FL), Christine Lau (The CLAU Group, New York City NY), Nini Nguyen (New Orleans LA), Palita Sriratana (Pink Salt, Chicago IL), and Shuai Wang (Jackrabbit Filly and King BBQ, North Charleston SC).
The evening’s menu will include passed bites followed by a seated family-style dinner and dessert. Tickets are $350 per person and can be reserved here.
Night Market
On Saturday, May 20, District Pier will transform into the Everything, Everyone, All the Food at Once Fest: Night Market featuring Chef Kevin Tien, along with DC chefs Tim Ma (Lucky Danger), Victoria Lai (Ice Cream Jubilee), Julie Grant (Kaliwa), Patrice Cunningham (Tae-Gu Kimchi) and Scott Chung (Bun’d Up and Sparrow Room) and Jerome Grant (Mahal)s.
The Night Market will include two sessions, 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 10: p.m. General admission tickets are $20 per person per session. More details are available here.
