The Travel & Adventure Show returns to DC this weekend with a star-studded lineup and lots of vacation possibilities

The Travel & Adventure Show returns to the Washington Convention Center this weekend, Saturday, Feb 24, and Sunday, Feb. 25, with hundreds of exhibitors on hand to help you plan for or inspire your next vacations and future getaways.

In addition to the exhibitors representing destinations and attractions from around the world, the price of admission includes access to a myriad of educational and culturally focused sessions on three stages located on the show floor

“At the Travel & Adventure Show, you will have the chance to meet one-on-one with representatives from the top travel brands and destinations from around the world. What’s more, each of these representatives are there to help plan, personalize, and book the right trip at prices that cannot be found elsewhere,” said John Golicz, CEO of Unicomm, LLC, the producer of the Travel & Adventure Show Series.

Among the notable presenters at this year’s show are:

  • Peter Greenberg: CBS News travel editor & Emmy award-winning investigative reporter
  • Pauline Frommer: editorial director, Frommer’s Guidebooks; publisher Frommers.com
  • Patricia Schultz: NY Times best-selling author of 1000 Places to See Before You Die
  • Andrew McCarthy: award winning actor, director and travel writer

This year’s show also includes an expanded pavilion dedicated to LGBTQ travel. The pavilion will showcase LGBTQ-friendly tourism brands and organizations providing trip-planning inspiration, experiences, tours, cruises, and travel packages, as well as welcoming hotels, products, and services.
