Wine Wednesdays at St. Vincent Wine: A new mid-week ritual in Park View

As the days grow longer and the air warmer, the quest for the perfect evening escape becomes all the more pressing. For those searching for a spot that combines the relaxed vibes of a New Orleans wine garden with the vibrant spirit of DC’s Park View neighborhood, St. Vincent Wine has just launched an event that promises to add a splash of excitement to your mid-week routine. Introducing Wine Wednesdays, designed for wine enthusiasts and novices alike to indulge in guided tastings, live music, and convivial company.

Wine Wednesdays offer guests a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of the District. Every Wednesday, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., attendees are invited to partake in a unique wine-tasting experience on the outside deck overlooking a picturesque garden spanning 5,000 square feet. Should the weather turn inclement, the tastings move indoors, ensuring the ambiance remains cozy and inviting.

For $10 per person (complimentary for St. Vincent Wine Club members), participants will enjoy 2-ounce pours of four distinctive wines selected from St. Vincent’s extensive bottle list. These selections represent the crème de la crème of what the venue’s experts are currently excited about, including rare finds and crowd favorites. Additionally, all featured wines are available for purchase at a generous 25% discount off the list price, offering the perfect opportunity to take a piece of the experience home.

Following the tasting, guests are encouraged to linger over dinner, with live jazz music commencing at 7 p.m. to set the soundtrack for the rest of the evening.
